These terms apply to the Xpect app provided by the developer of Xpect. By using the app you accept them. If you use the app through the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.

What Xpect is — and is not

• Xpect provides football statistics, probability estimates and an AI analyst for information and entertainment.
• Xpect does not accept bets, does not link to bookmakers and is not a gambling service.
• Probabilities are estimates based on past data and market prices. They are not guarantees and not financial or betting advice. Every figure in the app shows its source and period so you can judge it yourself.
• The AI analyst is an AI, not a human, and can make mistakes. Check important information before relying on it.
• You must be 18 or older and comply with the laws of your country. Where betting is illegal for you, do not use the app for betting decisions.

Subscriptions

• Xpect offers two separate subscriptions: Probabilities (full event probabilities, two samples per team, the full top of the day) and AI analyst (a daily number of questions to the AI analyst, according to the plan).
• Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel them in your store account settings.
• Prices are shown in the app and in the store in your currency before you pay. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
• Without a subscription, the AI analyst allows two free questions to start and then one free question per day. Unused questions do not carry over.

Fair use

Do not misuse the app: no automated scraping, reselling of data, attempts to break limits or security, or unlawful content in questions. We may limit or suspend access in case of misuse.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from decisions you make based on the app, including betting losses, or for temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
