Common questions
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play: open your store account, go to Subscriptions and choose Xpect. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date so the next period is not charged.
How do I restore purchases on a new phone?
Sign in with the same App Store or Google Play account, open More → Subscription in the app and tap Restore purchases.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: More → Delete my data. It erases your AI analyst conversation and the notes it remembers from our server at once. You can also write to [email protected].
Why can the AI analyst be wrong?
Toha is an AI, not a person. It answers from our match database and live data, but it can make mistakes — check important information before relying on it.
Is Xpect a betting service?
No. Xpect is analytics only: no bets, no odds and no links to bookmakers. For adults 18+. If betting stops being fun, stop.
Which languages does Xpect support?
English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, French and Russian. The app and the AI analyst answer in your language.
